### Pixlmob & PropMedia — Real Estate Media Marketplace
Pixlmob is a marketplace connecting real estate photographers with editing services, and PropMedia is its companion directory platform helping realtors find photographers. We designed and built both platforms — and invested in the company.

The numbers tell the story: $800K+ in monthly marketplace sales, 50+ AI HDR photo editing orders daily, 300+ signups overnight at launch, and a platform that now touches a significant portion of the US real estate listing market. The platform includes AI-powered photo editing, geographic search, membership management, and a complete booking-to-delivery workflow.

We've been designing and developing this product across multiple years as it evolved from a simple editing marketplace into a comprehensive real estate media ecosystem.

### Earnnest — Real Estate Transaction Technology
Earnnest is modernizing how earnest money moves in real estate. We designed and developed the platform that digitizes a process that still relies on paper checks in most of the country. Complex transaction workflows, multi-party coordination, and financial compliance in a high-trust environment.

While not traditional real estate, Terratory serves the property management and lawn care industry with planning and operational software. We invested in and built the product.

Designing for multiple user types with competing needs — and creating a transaction model that's fair and transparent for everyone — is a specific skill set we've developed through years of marketplace work.

### Geographic Search & Discovery
Real estate is inherently local. Search and discovery features need to account for location, radius, service coverage areas, and regional market dynamics. We've built geographic search systems with Airbnb-style filtering, live result counts, and multi-tier result ranking (premium members, claimed profiles, unclaimed profiles).

### AI Integration for Media
We integrated AI photo editing into the Pixlmob marketplace — automated HDR processing at 75¢ per photo that handles the bulk of routine editing work. The AI integration includes quality controls, human-editor fallback options, and a pricing model that provides value to both photographers (faster turnaround) and the platform (higher margins).

### High-Volume Transaction Processing
Real estate platforms process significant transaction volumes. Pixlmob handles $30-40K in weekly Stripe payouts. Designing for this scale means robust order management, clear transaction status tracking, and reliable payment processing with proper error handling and reconciliation.
