### Physician Scheduling & Workforce Management
We designed a scheduling platform for Simpliphy that integrates physician scheduling with compensation data — a combination that incumbent solutions like QGenda ($2.2B valuation) don't handle well. The design accounts for contract compliance tracking, shift-swapping workflows, multi-location coordination, and real-time visibility into how schedule changes affect provider compensation.

We mapped three distinct user roles — practice managers, hospital administrators, and network coordinators — each with different workflow needs and information requirements. The interface adapts to each role rather than forcing everyone into a one-size-fits-all view.

### Hospital Systems & Enterprise Health
We've partnered with AdventHealth, one of the nation's largest health systems, on product design and development. Enterprise healthcare work requires navigating complex stakeholder environments, integration with existing hospital systems, and designing for workflows that span departments, facilities, and care settings.
